We have implemented a monthly schedule for S.M.A.R.T. Services System Coordinator training.  Designed around your busy schedule, the training sessions are offered on the fourth Thursday of every month. 

For new customers, the training is mandatory for the designated S.M.A.R.T. Services System Coordinator at your company and is essential for getting the most out of your S.M.A.R.T. Services agreement.  Existing clients can utilize the training as a refresher course.

Training includes:

• An overview of submitting and reviewing service ticket requests
• How to review and utilize the monthly S.M.A.R.T. reports
• Preparation of your network for launching S.M.A.R.T.
• Review of your service agreement so you can get the most out of S.M.A.R.T. Services
• Complimentary lunch
• Complimentary one-night stay at the Best Western Sterling Inn, available to customers more than 100 miles away

When: The fourth Thursday of every month

Time: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm (Complimentary lunch will be provided)
