Background

Pharmacy Services Inc. (PSI), part of the Michigan Pharmacists Association, serves independent pharmacies throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.  They are focused on negotiating preferred pricing contracts which provide high quality products and services with more than 30 vendors.

Challenge

PSI’s internal IT staffer was leaving the company, so they were left with a dilemma: hire a new internal IT employee or look for a service firm that they could count on to provide them with a high-level of IT support.

Success Story
